Hello all you lovely people out there. I’m a coffee lover, and thank goodness for that as I get to reap all the benefits!
I’ve got a spring in my step! What about you? Feeling down? No energy? No get up and go? That’s where I come in to say don’t fear I’m here to help you through those awful feelings!
Coffee’s Good For You
Some people will try and tell you that coffee has no nutrition – that’s just not true.
Coffee contains antioxidants and nutrients which protects you from serious diseases such as Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, heart failure and dementia to name a few.
It also keeps your nervous system in tip top condition, protecting you from Parkinson’s disease and different kinds of cancer plus liver disease.
It stimulates the brain, keeping you alert and giving you that elated feeling, which gives you lots of energy and helps you lose weight and stay stress-free.
If you suffer from depressed feelings, a quick answer could be to drink more coffee – it’s an instant pick-me-up.
Caffeine also has fibre which keeps your bowels moving and stops that bloated feeling, while being very low in calories – so no more worries, girls!
Headaches too? Caffeine can help (in moderation of course!)
That’s a lot of good, no? It almost comes off sounding like snake oil, but the fact is it really is very good for you. It came as a surprise to me when I first found this out for myself, since all I’ve ever heard people tell me is how caffeine will kill me!
But that can’t be further from the truth – a study has shown that coffee will not kill you, it will help you to live longer.
It Will Also Make You Irresistable
Okay okay maybe not irresistable, but it can make you more attractive – coffee can prevent wrinkles as it contains vitamins and minerals for healthy skin, leaving your skin smooth and young looking.
And you can do more than just drink it…
Do you wake up with swollen eyes? Well if you do, try using caffeine eye cream which soothes and gradually brings down the swelling. If you’re feeling adventurous, try making your own at home.
Gents, do you find you’re thinning at the top? Here’s the answer – try using a caffeine shampoo to stimulate the follicles in the scalp.
My Son said to me the other day that he’s thinning at the top – well here’s the answer Son, get yourself some caffeine enriched shampoo. You can buy me a new coffee grinder to say thank you!!!
What would we do without coffee, eh? How has coffee been benefitting you? Let me know below!

I had no idea that coffee could help protect someone from Parkinson’s Disease. This is very interesting to me as my grandpa got diagnosed with that condition last year. However, do you think that if he starts drinking coffee that it will slow the effects?

I have heard that coffee is both good and bad for you. I would say that it is good for you, but that is just my opinion. I love drinking coffee, and I had no idea that it can help protect against diabetes and Alzheimer’s, as well as other health problems. That makes it even more appealing to me!
