How should I take my coffee before my workout ?
To reap the benefits you’ll need to make yourself black coffee or espresso, don’t be tempted to add milk or cream.
Have you tried iced coffee? If you haven’t here’s a very quick method
Make yourself a jug of hot coffee, add sugar to taste and stir well.
Leave aside to cool then refrigerate until chilled, a couple of hours would do.
Then take out of the fridge, fill your mugs and add low fat milk and ice cubes, and stir well.
You can also add a drop of vanilla to enhance the taste.
Stir well and enjoy!
